Shipping & Returns

We take as much care with shipping as we do with pouring. Every candle is wrapped and packed by hand to make sure it arrives beautifully — and safely.

Processing & Handling

Orders are hand-packed in our Delray Beach studio and typically ship within 3–5 business days. Because every vessel is one of a kind, we take extra time to wrap each candle securely with tissue paper and protective packaging.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We ship via USPS Priority Mail and Ground Advantage so you can choose the speed and price that works best for you.

Free shipping on orders over $100.

We currently ship within the United States only. Local pickup in the Delray Beach area is also available — just reach out through our contact page to arrange.

Damaged Orders

Because our candles are poured in vintage glassware, we understand that breakage during shipping is a concern. We pack every order carefully, but if your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each candle is hand-poured into a one-of-a-kind vintage vessel, all sales are final. We're unable to accept returns or exchanges on undamaged items.

If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out to us. We genuinely care about your experience and will do our best to find a solution.

Candle Care

To get the most from your candle, trim the wick to ¼" before each burn and allow the wax to melt to the edges on the first burn to prevent tunneling. Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time.

When ½" of wax remains, it's time to retire the flame and start the vessel's second life. Clean with warm water and it's ready for whatever comes next — flowers, rings, or just a beautiful spot on your shelf.
