A frosted rose lidded candy dish, the kind that used to sit on someone’s vanity or side table holding things too pretty to put away. The roses are pressed into the glass with a soft satin finish, and the lid lifts by a ribbed crystal finial. She has a scalloped rim that catches the light, and when the lid is on, she looks like a gift before she’s even wrapped.

Now she holds Petal.

The fragrance is magnolia peony: soft and blooming, with delicate floral layers that open slowly and linger gently. A floral scent inside a floral vessel. She was always supposed to hold something beautiful.
Light her with the lid off, replace the lid when she’s done to keep the scent sealed between burns. When the candle is finished, she becomes a jewelry box, a keepsake dish, a place for the small things that matter.
the candle burns down, the vessel stays.

The Vessel
Frosted rose lidded dishes were a staple of vanity tables and living rooms from the 1980s through the early 2000s. The satin finish is achieved by acid-etching the pressed glass, giving the roses a soft, matte quality against the clear glass. The lid makes her especially giftable and keeps dust and debris out between burns. Minor imperfections may be present — these are marks of origin and age, not flaws.

Candle Care
Trim all three wicks to ¼” before each burn. Burn in 2-3 hour sessions and allow the wax to melt fully to the edges before extinguishing. Replace lid between burns to preserve the scent. Never leave unattended. When a thin layer of wax remains, it’s time to retire the flame and start the vessel’s second life. Hand wash after use. Not microwave or dishwasher safe.

Gifting
She arrives lid-on, nestled in tissue paper, and ready to give. A floral vessel holding a floral scent. Because every vessel is unique, every gift is truly one of a kind.
